Dental Coverage through Relianceprovides twice a year cleaning and x-ray at 100%. There is a $50/$150 deductible per year per person for other normal work then the insurance covers at 80%. Major work such as crowns or partials is covered at 50% after the deductible is met with an annual maximum of $1,000 per person per calendar year.
