Please Bring
The Following Items to Orientation:

Valid Class "A" CDL License

Social Security Card
-
Bring one of the following:
Passport
or
Passport Card. Click

for more info on obtaining a Passport or Passport
Card.

Resident Alien Card (if applicable)
-
Previous Employer Contact Info for the past 3 years; and a list of
all employers for the past 10 years
-
Beneficiary Information: Date of Birth and Social Security Number
(needed for company paid life insurance policy)

Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance: Bring Social Security numbers and date-of-birth
information for any dependents to be included on your medical/dental/vision coverage
-
Voided Check or Bank Information for Direct Deposit
-
Prescription medications (if any) along with your Doctor's name and
phone number
-
Personal Cash for meals (continental breakfast provided at hotel)
-
Personal Gear: 2 weeks of work clothes and bedding for the truck
What C.A.T. Covers In Orientation

Motel stay is covered if you traveling over 75 miles to orientation
-
Transportation to and from the terminal and the hotel is provided
each day
-
Cost of pre-employment physical and drug screen
Just A Few Tips:
-
Bring weather/work appropriate gear. You must wear either work boots
or sturdy tennis shoes with a hard bottomed sole. Sandals or open toed shoes
are not allowed ever

Physicals are given first thing during orientation. Please limit
your caffeine and sugar intake the night before and in the morning prior to
your physical
-
Your hotel room is based on smoking preferences; continental
breakfast at hotel included
-
If you wear glasses or a hearing aide be sure to have them for your
physical
-
You must pass the pre-employment physical, drug screen, road test
and complete orientation process and get hired to receive your
orientation pay.
