C.A.T. is now hiring Owner Operators out of the Carolinas!

Mileage pay

OTR contractors will receive a rate of pay of ¢.90 per mile for all miles loaded or empty, plus the fuel surcharge on loaded miles.

Home Time

You set your own home time as long as you get your 10,000 miles a month.

Referral Bonus

 Owner Operators

1st referral    $500.00               

2nd referral   $600.00              

3rd referral   $900.00               

* Half paid after 1st completed dispatch, 2nd half paid after 60 days.

 Tractor specifications

  1993 or newer year-model tractor

  Weight of truck, including driver and fuel, under 20,000 pounds

  Fifth wheel measurement of 47-1/2" or less

  Pass annual DOT inspection

  Pass quarterly company inspection

  Items to bring to orientation

  Copy of title, front & back (your name must be listed)

  Current 2290, paid

  Current registration ("cab card")

  Bill of sale

  Voided personal check or deposit slip for direct deposit settlement

  Current DOT medical card (a new physical will be provided by C.A.T.)

  Social security card and valid Class A CDL

  Passport or passport card

  Personal items and funds to cover expenses during orientation and first week on the trtruck
